Venison Sausage Pasta Bowl

Ingredients
- 2 Hot Italian venison sausage
- 1 16 oz. box gemelli pasta
- 1 10 oz. bag fresh spinach washed and stems removed
- 2 cans cannelli beans rinsed and drained
- grated Parmesan cheesea amount to taste
- Romano cheese amount to taste
- salt amount to taste
- pepper amount to taste
Instructions
- Brown sausage in large skillet. Meanwhile cook pasta according to package directions, rinse and drain beans. When sausage is almost done, add wet spinach and cover for 4-5 min. on medium heat. Add beans to skillet. Drain pasta and cover to keep warm. Place pasta in large pasta bowl. Add sausage, spinach, and beans to large bowl of pasta, add salt and pepper and toss. Sprinkle with cheese and serve. An excellent variation to ordinary venison dishes. Enjoy.
