Easy Bear Steaks with Pizzaz

French dressing flavors bear meat perfectly in this recipe.
Ingredients
- 2 thick bear steaks
- 8 oz. tomato sauce
- 8 oz. green olives
- 8 oz. sliced mushrooms
- 12 oz. french dressing
- 1 tps. rosemary
- salt amount to taste
- pepper amount to taste
Instructions
- Season the meat and brown it with the French dressing in a frying pan. Smother the steaks in a baking dish with all other ingredients and place in oven at 325 degrees for 45 min. The meat may be tender before that, so judge how long to cook by poking the meat with a fork.
