Venison Sausage Minestrone

This hearty soup is more like stew and chock full of vitamins!

  1. In a large stock pot heat oil, cook sausage thoroughly and set aside. Add ground venison or beef and season with Italian Sausage Seasoning from Sportsman's Table (Item #CYC1870) and cook until no longer pink, set aside. Add onion, celery and garlic. Heat onion until is soft. Add tomatoes, carrot and rest of ingredients. Add sausage and ground venison back into pot. Cook on low until all vegetables are prepared.
