Venison Bo Bo

  1. Mix together first seven ingredients (minus the roast) with whisk and marinate vension strips for at least 30 minutes. The egg tenderizes the meat. Pour venison and marinade into a skillet and brown meat. Add tomatoes, onions, snow peas, and mushrooms (any vegetables you prefer will work, but tomatoes are a key ingredient because they cook down and add flavor and texture to the gravy). Add wine. Simmer until vegetables are tender. Serve over egg noodles or rice.
