Venison Bo Bo

Ingredients
- 1 venison roast sliced thin and cut into 1
- 2 tbs. olive oil
- 2 tbs. soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. rosemary
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 cup onions
- 1/2 cup snow peas
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup semi-dry red wine
- egg noodles or rice
Instructions
- Mix together first seven ingredients (minus the roast) with whisk and marinate vension strips for at least 30 minutes. The egg tenderizes the meat. Pour venison and marinade into a skillet and brown meat. Add tomatoes, onions, snow peas, and mushrooms (any vegetables you prefer will work, but tomatoes are a key ingredient because they cook down and add flavor and texture to the gravy). Add wine. Simmer until vegetables are tender. Serve over egg noodles or rice.
