Summertime Grilled Vegetable & Venison Wraps

A refreshing way to use your venison this summer before hunting season starts again!
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. venison strips steaks
- 6 spinach wraps
- 1 medium zucchini, diced
- 1/2 small red onion sliced
- sweet banana peppers cut in strips, amount to taste
- red bell peppers cut in strips, amount to taste
- green bell peppers cut in strips, amount to taste
- 1 tbs. olive oil
- 1 pinch thyme
- 2 basil leaves
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 3 tbs. southwest ranch dressing
- salt amount to taste
- pepper amount to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in pan for 2 min. over medium heat. Add onion, peppers and venison strips. Add herbs and salt and pepper. Cook for approx. 4-5 min. until tender. Add zucchini strips. Cook for approx. 3 more min. until zucchini is cooked but not soft. Heat wraps for 10 seconds in microwave. Spread dressing on wraps and add grilled veggies and venison. Wrap and enjoy.
