Plank Cooked Garlic and Herb Trout

Ingredients
- 4 fresh trout fillets
- 1/3 cup Dixie Garlic and Herb Marinade Sportsman's Table Item #CY4090
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 2 cedar planks pre-soaked
- 1 tbs. olive oil
Instructions
- Mix marinade well with water. Cover fish with marinade and leave sit for 1 hour. Cure plank in pre-heated oven at 350 degrees for 2 min. Brush cedar plank with olive oil. Place fillets on the cedar plank and bake in oven at 350 degrees for 15-20 min.
