Seasoned, Planked Fresh Trout

Instructions

  1. Melt butter and mix with Hunters Fish and Seafood Seasoning Item #TW016. Cure plank in pre-heated oven at 350 degrees for 2 min. Brush plank with olive oil. Place fish on plank and brush with butter and seasoning mix. Bake in oven for 15-20 min. Serve on beautiful trout dinnerware from Sportsman's Table. Enjoy!
