Quick Butter, Lemon and Cream Sauce

This recipe from our Good Game cookbook, Sportsman's Table Item #SPB06. A nice sauce to make when time is short.
Ingredients
- 4 oz. butter
- 1/2 lemon juice only
- salt to taste
- lemon pepper to taste
- 1/4 pint of cream
Instructions
- Melt butter in a small sauce pan, bring it to bubbling point and add the lemon juice. Stir well together, heat up again and add the cream stirring all the time. Season to taste and serve hot.
