Homestyle Venison Meat Loaf

This is the best meat loaf we have ever had. Having most of the seasonings in a package makes this recipe very quick to make.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. ground venison or beef, chicken, or turkey
- 1 package Homestyle Meatloaf Seasoning Mix Sportsman's Table Item #CY1889
- 1 tbs. chopped fresh basil
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 3 tbs. ketchup
- 1 tbs. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 egg optional
Instructions
- Mix ground venison thoroughly with rest of ingredients. Shape into a long loaf. Do not make loaf too thick (make it longer instead) of will take too long to cook and outside with get overdone. Bake in roasting pan covered for 60 min. at 350 degrees.
