Elk Burgers

Garlic and bread and butter pickles really spice up these burgers.



  1. Mix ground elk meat with bread crumbs, egg, and Venison Steak and Burger Seasoning and Rub from Sportsman's Table Item # CY3626. Make patties with the meat. Grill burgers for 3 min. (We love to use the George Forman grill in the winter). Place cheese, roasted garlic and bread and butter pickles on burgers. Serve on a kaiser or sandwich roll.
