Garlic and bread and butter pickles really spice up these burgers.
Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground elk
- 1 1/2 tbs. Venison Steak and Burger Rub Sportsman's Table Item #3626
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup bread and butter pickles
- 10 cloves garlic roasted
- 2 slices cooper sharp cheese
- 2 wheat kaiser rolls
Instructions
- Mix ground elk meat with bread crumbs, egg, and Venison Steak and Burger Seasoning and Rub from Sportsman's Table Item # CY3626. Make patties with the meat. Grill burgers for 3 min. (We love to use the George Forman grill in the winter). Place cheese, roasted garlic and bread and butter pickles on burgers. Serve on a kaiser or sandwich roll.
