Fast, easy and delicious venison steaks. You can't beat the flavor of mixing Awesome Antler Rub with Fish and Wild Game Breading!
- 1.5 lbs. venison steaks about 6 medium sized steaks
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup Awesome Antler Rub Sportsman's Table Item #MG104
- 1 1/2 cups Fish and Game Breading Sportsman's Table Item #TW001
- 2 tbs. olive oil
- Tenderize steaks with Sportsman's Table professional meat tenderizer (item #CFST01). Set aside. Beat eggs, add milk and mix well. Marinate venison steaks in this mixture for 1 hr to 1 1/2 hrs. Combine Totally Wild Fish and Game Breading (Sportsman's Table Item #TW001) and Awesome Antler Rub (Sportsman's Table Item # MG104), mix well. Remove steaks from milk. Cover each side well with breading mixture. Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown, approx. 3-4 min. per side depending on the thickness of the steaks. Serve immediately.
