Fast, easy and delicious venison steaks. You can't beat the flavor of mixing Awesome Antler Rub with Fish and Wild Game Breading!

  1. Tenderize steaks with Sportsman's Table professional meat tenderizer (item #CFST01). Set aside. Beat eggs, add milk and mix well. Marinate venison steaks in this mixture for 1 hr to 1 1/2 hrs. Combine Totally Wild Fish and Game Breading (Sportsman's Table Item #TW001) and Awesome Antler Rub (Sportsman's Table Item # MG104), mix well. Remove steaks from milk. Cover each side well with breading mixture. Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown, approx. 3-4 min. per side depending on the thickness of the steaks. Serve immediately.
