Dove and Bacon Appetizer

- 18 dove breasts skinned and deboned
- 1 lb. bacon cut into thirds lengthwise
- 3 tsp. Spicy Cajun Seasoning Sportsman's Table Item #TW014
- Sprinkle dove breasts with Spicy Cajun Seasoning from Sportsman's Table ( Item # TW014) and place in a covered container for approx. 12 hours. Cut dove breasts in half. Wrap each half of breast with 1/3 slice of bacon. Secure with a damp toothpick. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 15 min. Serves 10-12. Prep Time: 30 minutes, plus 12 hours. Cook Time: 15 minutes.
