Smoked Cod Dip

Cream cheese dip with cod is unique and tasty.

Ingredients

• 4 smoked cod fillets
• 1 8 oz. package softened cream cheese
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
• crackers

Instructions

1. Use hand mixer to mix cream cheese and milk, blending until it becomes the consistency of a paste. Break cod into flakes (you may substitute any smoked fish) add into cream cheese mixture with pepper and blend well. Serve with crackers.
