Breaded Frogs Legs

Frogs legs are a delicacy of French ciusine and definately worth a try.
Ingredients
- 12 frogs legs skinned and cleaned
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups bread crumbs
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 lemons cut into 6 wedges
- 2 cups cooking oil
- 2 tbs. Spicy Cajun Seasoning Sportsman's Table Item #TW014
- cocktail sauce amount to taste
Instructions
- Whip 4 eggs with milk, set aside. Add 1 tbs. of Spicy Cajun Seasoning from Sportsman's Table (Item # TW014) to flour. Set aside. Add 1 tbs. of Spicy Cajun Seasoning to bread crumbs. Dredge frog legs in flour then in egg mixture then in bread crumbs. Deep fry for 2-3 min. in oil. Serve with lemon slices and cocktail sauce.
