Frogs legs are a delicacy of French ciusine and definately worth a try.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Whip 4 eggs with milk, set aside. Add 1 tbs. of Spicy Cajun Seasoning from Sportsman's Table (Item # TW014) to flour. Set aside. Add 1 tbs. of Spicy Cajun Seasoning to bread crumbs. Dredge frog legs in flour then in egg mixture then in bread crumbs. Deep fry for 2-3 min. in oil. Serve with lemon slices and cocktail sauce.
