Choice Venison Roast Dinner

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. center cut venison roast beef or pork roast works well too
- 1 can beef broth
- 1 tbs. red wine vinegar
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. cumin seed
- 4 carrots
- 2 potatoes
- 1 large onions
- 4 oz. sliced mushrooms
- 1 tsp. liquid smoke
- 1/2 tsp. Far Out Feather Dust Sportsman's Table Item #MG111
Instructions
- Chop vegetables into 1 in. size pieces. Place all ingredients in crock pot. Stir throughly. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours. During cooking thicken broth to a gravy by removing about 1/4 cup of the broth into a small bowl and adding 1 tbs. of flour, stir or whisk until mixed well and add back to crock pot. Repeat once or twice until gravy is desired thickness.
