Venison Steak and Blue Cheese Salad

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. venison steaks sliced very thin
- 3 cups baby spinach leaves
- 1/2 head romaine lettuce
- 1/2 head green or red leaf lettuce
- 2 medium ripe tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 3/4 cup shredded carrots
- 1 1/2 cup small broccoli florets
- 1 tbs. Venison Roast and Seasoning Rub Sportsman's Table Item #CY3627
- 2 tbs. olive oil
- crutons amount to taste
- grated black pepper amount to taste
- blue cheese dressing amount to taste
- blue cheese, crumbled optional
Instructions
- Tear and mix spinach and lettuce leaves together. Place on dinner plates. In a hot fryng pan with olive oil grill venison strips for one min. on each side. Add vegetables and the venison to the plate. Top with dressing, blue cheese and crutons.
