Wild Boar Loins

Wild Boar Lions are surprisingly delicious.  Prepare wild boar much like domestic pork, but the flavor cannot be beat.

Wild Boar Loins easy to cook and delicious plain or with your favorite sauce.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Season meat with Awesome Antler Rub (Sportsman's Table Item number MG104). You may choose to use salt and pepper and/or some fresh herbs instead. However, the Awesome Antler Rub is a quick, easy, all natural and delicious way to go! Be sure not to over-season though or it will cover up the flavor of the meat. Heat oil in a skillet over med-high heat. Seat the loins for about 2 min. per side. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place meat on an oven safe baking dish and place in oven to finish cooking. Cook until the meat reaches and internal temperature of 150 degrees. This should take roughly 10 min. Let sit for 10 min. and serve. Serve with a mustard sauce, horseradish sauce, or any other sauce to your taste. Tastes great without a sauce as well.
