  1. Mix ground venison with onions, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper and Jalapeno & Monterey Jack Burger Seasoning from Sportsman's Table, Item # CYC1257. Grill burgers to personal choice. Be careful not to overcook as venison is very lean and tends to cook fast. Enjoy!
