Tangy Cocktail Venison Meatballs

Venison strips are deep fried with a Parmesan cheese coating and served with a tangy, sweet dipping sauce.

  1. Combine egg, soup, stuffing mix, salt, and ground venison. Make into small round balls. Place in baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15 min. Drain. Mix in bowl, ketchup, tomato sauce, water, brown sugar, worchestershire, vinegar, and pour over meatballs. Cook in crockpot on high for 2-3 hours. Prep time: 20 min. Makes 50 meatballs. Serves 12-15 for appetizer.
