Summer Pan Fish Fry is an all time favorite in our extended family. My husband could not believe my mother’s turnaround from insisting she did not like fresh pond water fish after she tried this recipe. We credit the Fish and Wild Game Breading for making this recipe so delicious. We have never had anyone dislike this product, on anything!

Summer Pan Fish Fry is an all time family favorite. You will not disagree!
- 1 lb. fillets; sunnies, perch any pond fish. 10-12 fillets
- 1/4 cup cannola oil
- 1/2 cup Fish and Wild Game Breading Sportsman's Table Item #TW001
- 1 egg beaten
- 2 T. flour
- Clean and rinse fish in cold water and pat dry. Dip fish in egg then dredge in breading. Heat oil in pan. Grill or saute fish fillets over medium heat for 1 1/2-2 minutes per side. Serve.
