Venison Steak Medallions

Okay, these Venison Steak Medallions are seriously the most tender, juicy and delicious piece of steak I have ever had! I feel so sorry for my friends who will not eat venison. They truly do not know what they are missing.  The Burgundy Wine Marinade at Sportsman’s Table is fast becoming my favorite.
