Venison Steak Medallions is top shelf way to serve venison. Introduce a newbie to venison with this recipe and they will be a true believer.
- 1.5 lb. venison tenderloin cut into 1 in. pieces
- 1 T. olive oil
- 1 3.84 oz. package Burgundy Wine Marinade Sportsman's Table Item #CYC1828
- 1 cup water
- Mix Burgundy wine marinade with water thoroughly. Pour over steak medallions in a plastic bag or covered plastic or glass dish. Marinate for 2 hours-48 hours. Cook steaks over medium heat on stove top for 3 minutes per side. If using a George Forman grill you will only need to cook them about 4 min. total.
