Ingredients
- 6 tuna steaks about 6 oz. each
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbs. lime juice
- 1 tbs. dry mustard
- 2 tbs. dried cilantro
- 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. black mustard seeds yellow works fine too.
Instructions
- Combine olive oil and lime juice, brush each tuna steak on both sides with mixture. Mix rest of the ingredients and sprinkle over both sides of the tuna steaks. Wrap tight and refrigerate for 3-4 hours. Grill over hot charcoal for 4 min. per side, or until the steaks just begin to flake. Do not dry out. Top with lime and soy sauce. Lime and Soy Sauce: 2 tbs. lime juice, 1 tbs. red wine vinegar, 1 tsp. soy sauce, 1/4 cup oilve oil, additional lime juice to taste
