Ingredients
- 6 venison loins
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 2 tbs. butter
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tbs. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. celery salt
- 1 bay leaf
Instructions
- Season the flour with salt and pepper. Roll venison loins in seasoned flour. Melt the butter in a large cast skillet, and brown the loins on both sides over medium heat. Pour the sour cream over browned loins, and add the Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, and bay leaf. Cover the skillet, and simmer about 20 min.
