An easy mouth watering way to enhance an already terrific jerky seasoning blend-Hillbilly Jerky
Ingredients
- 1 package of seasoning (for 5lbs. of meat) Hillbilly Jerky Processing Kit Sportsman's Table Item #CY2465
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1 T. liquid smoke
Instructions
- Follow directions on Hillbilly Jerky Processing Kit. Mix maple syrup and liquid smoke in bowl with water and 1 pack of the seasoning blend (for 5 lbs. of meat).
