Venison Sausage

Ingredients
- 10 lbs. ground venison deer or elk
- 10 lbs. ground pork
- 6 toes garlic
- 1/4 cup salt
- 1/3 cup meat tenderizer optional
- 1/4 cup black pepper
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/3 cup marjoram heaping 1/3 cup
- 2 1/2 cups warm water
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a blender until well pureed. Stir in ground meat and then stuff your casings. If you choose to make sausage in loose patties instead of using casings, cut down on the salt. Cook sausage by boiling for 1/2 hour, then drain and serve.
