Venison Sausage

  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender until well pureed. Stir in ground meat and then stuff your casings. If you choose to make sausage in loose patties instead of using casings, cut down on the salt. Cook sausage by boiling for 1/2 hour, then drain and serve.
