Orange Glazed Grilled Fish

This is an easy recipe! Thanks to Nancy from Alabama for submitting it.



  1. Melt butter and combine with marmalade on the stove top, add white wine. Remove from heat. Meanwhile coat fish filets with lemon pepper. Baste fish on each side with mixture. Grill fish for a couple min. on each side (depending on size of fillets). Continue to baste fish while cooking.
