Mom's recipes are always the best, this one is no different. Everyone always needs ideas for how to cook goose.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Slice goose breast into thin slices. Dissolve smoked seasoning salt in water. Mix well and add to rest of ingredients. Marinate goose slices at least 24 hours in plastic bag or covered plastic bowl. Remove from marinade and shake slightly to remove excess juices. Place in dehydrator for 6-8 hours. Check frequently for desired dehydration of meat.
