Goose Pate

This goose pate makes a great sandwich spread.



  1. Bake goose 45 min. or until goose is done (roasting or smoking is fine too) and cool. Dice goose meat into small chunks. Place meat in a blender with rest of ingredients and blend until smooth. Place in a mold and chill at least 2 hours. Unmold and garnish with chopped hard cooked eggs, chives or parsley. Serve with crackers.
