Easy Tasty Venison Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cook noodles. Brown ground venison in a large skillet over medium high heat. Stir in crushed tomatoes, soup, Worcestershire sauce and garlic, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer. When noodles are done, stir them and the cheddar or velveta cheese and 1/2 the Parmesan cheese into simmering sauce until cheese is melted. Stir the sherry into the sauce and stir for 1 min., add garlic salt and ground pepper, then place in a 2 quart casserole dish and sprinkle with 1/2 Parmesan or to taste. Bake in a preheated oven for 30 min.
