Wine Jelly Glazed Ham

Just when you thought your holiday ham could not get any better… in comes a wine jelly glaze!



  1. Heat ham in oven at 325 degrees for about 90 min. After the first 60 min. begin to heat wine jelly in a sauce pan over medium heat. As jelly melts stir with a wire whisk. When 20 min. remain to cook ham remove from oven and spoon half of melted jelly over ham. Return to oven. When cooking is completed, remove ham and spoon the rest of the melted jelly over ham. Let ham sit for 10 min. Slice and serve. Serve with potato salad, baked beans and mixed vegetables for a delicious summertime meal.
