Brown Sugar Smoked Bluefish

Almost any fish tastes great in this brown sugar brine.
Ingredients
- 2 fillets bluefish
- 1 2 lb. package Brown Sugar Fish Cure Sportsman's Table Item #TW007
Instructions
- Use 1/4 lb. of cure mixed with 2 cups of water. Make sure the brine covers the fish. Marinate for 3-4 hours. Smoke in electric smoker at 160 degrees for 2 1/2-3 hours.
