Ingredients
- 1 cup blue fish cut into 1/2 in chunks, works with any kind of fish
- 1 10 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 10 oz. can tomato soup
- 2 10 oz. cans of water
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. curry
- 1 tsp. Old Bay
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 butter
- 1 tsp. hot sauce optional
- 1/4 cup sherry optional
Instructions
- Empty all cans of soup into a saucepan. Add the water, fish, and all of the seasonings. Simmer for 10 min. Add butter and sherry, and simmer another 10 min. to allow the flavors to blend. Serve with a round of lemon in the bowl.
