Easy bear pie recipe is fun to make!
Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground bear meat
- 1 cup mayonaise
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 unbaked pie shell
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbs. corn starch
- 1/2 lb. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 10 oz. can diced tomatoes drained
- salt amount to taste
- pepper amount to taste
- garlic powder amount to taste
Instructions
- Brown meat and onion, season with salt, pepper and garlic. Drain and set aside. Mix together; mayo, milk, and eggs. Add to meat. Add most of cheese and cornstarch (reserve some for topping). Add and mix all ingredients well. Place into pie shell. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 until lightly browned and a knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 35-45 min.
