Baked Summer Squash

After tasting Baked Summer Squash, you will never go another summer without squash in your garden!



  1. Cut squash in half and scoop out seeds. Place cut side down in a casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 min. or until tender depending on size (thickness) of squash. Remove from oven and turn squash over. Add butter, maple syrup (or brown sugar) and sprinkle with Brown Dog Riba-Riba Rub.
