Baked Summer Squash

After tasting Baked Summer Squash, you will never go another summer without squash in your garden!
- 1 medium yellow summer squash butternut squash also works well
- 1 tbs. butter
- 1 tbs. maple syrup or brown sugar
- 1 tbs. Brown Dog Riba-Riba Rub Sportsman's Table Item #MG110
- Cut squash in half and scoop out seeds. Place cut side down in a casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 min. or until tender depending on size (thickness) of squash. Remove from oven and turn squash over. Add butter, maple syrup (or brown sugar) and sprinkle with Brown Dog Riba-Riba Rub.
